Project PRL Warehouse
The PRL Logistics Solutions project involved the demolition of an existing structure and the subsequent construction of a state-of-the-art, 30,000 square feet high-bay warehousing facility. The construction of a contemporary warehouse facility was tailored to meet the evolving needs of PRL Logistics Solutions. Despite the challenges inherent in working within a live environment, the construction process adhered to stringent safety measures and operational protocols to ensure uninterrupted logistics services.
The project included the installation of a new water main throughout the entire PRL facility. Simultaneously, underground fire tender tanks were strategically placed to bolster the site's safety measures. The integration of these features aligns with PRL Logistics Solutions' commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and preparedness. Operating within a live bonded site posed unique challenges.
The new facility boasts super flat floors with an epoxy-painted finish. The incorporation of a large feature Brille Soleil on one elevation adds an architectural flair, combining aesthetics with practicality.

The internal road network underwent a comprehensive upgrade including improvements to traffic flow, accessibility, and safety within the premises. Work was also carried out on the car parking system, to align with modern standards to accommodate the growing operational needs of PRL Logistics Solutions.
