Project Gowran Park
Gowran Park is one of Ireland’s leading racecourses and is located 15 minutes from Kilkenny city.
Construction activities on the project involved the demolition of the pre-existing jockeys' weights room, followed by the erection of a new two-story weight room building, alongside comprehensive site development works. This included the establishment of jockey changing rooms, designated male and female changing areas, a media room and kitchen facilities, complete with a lift and stairs for accessibility.
The external components of the project involved a limestone cladding deck and columns.
