The Thomastown Primary Care Centre & Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) Unit is a purpose-built healthcare development, providing modern primary care and specialist disability services for the local community.

The development incorporates a range of clinical and support facilities, including GP consultation rooms, treatment suites, therapy and assessment rooms, administrative offices and multidisciplinary clinical spaces, all designed around the needs of patients, healthcare professionals and staff.

The project required detailed coordination of the architectural, structural and building services packages to meet the specialist requirements of both primary care and disability services. Particular attention was given to accessibility, patient privacy, acoustic performance, infection control and the creation of comfortable, welcoming clinical environments.

Mechanical and electrical services were carefully integrated throughout the building to support the clinical areas, ventilation requirements and energy-efficient operation of the facility.

External works included car parking, safe pedestrian access, drainage, services and associated site development works.

The completed development provides a high-quality, accessible healthcare environment, bringing a range of essential primary care and specialist disability services together within a modern, purpose-built facility.
