Ormonde Construction is currently delivering 36 new homes at Quarry Court, Hebron Road, Kilkenny, on a Design & Build basis for Kilkenny County Council, providing high-quality new housing within Kilkenny City.
The project involves the complete design coordination and construction of the residential units together with the associated infrastructure and external works required to create a fully serviced residential development. As a Design & Build project, Ormonde Construction is responsible for coordinating the design and construction process, working closely with the design team, specialist subcontractors and Kilkenny County Council to ensure the development meets the required standards for quality, energy performance and long-term residential use.The works include all elements of residential construction together with associated roads, footpaths, drainage, utility connections, landscaping and site development works.
Careful planning and programme management are central to the delivery of the scheme, with a strong focus on health and safety, quality control and coordination of trades throughout construction. Once completed, Quarry Court will provide 36 modern, energy-efficient homes for Kilkenny County Council, and further demonstrate Ormonde Construction’s experience in the Design & Build delivery of high-quality public housing developments.
