Fethard Primary Care Centre in Co Tipperary is Ormonde Construction’s newest healthcare project – a purpose-built healthcare development designed to provide modern and accessible primary care services to the local community.

The project involved the construction and complete fit-out of the new facility, incorporating consultation rooms, treatment suites, therapy spaces, administrative offices and associated patient and staff facilities.

As a specialist healthcare development, the project required detailed coordination between the architectural, structural and building services elements. Particular attention was given to accessibility, infection control, patient safety, privacy and the quality and durability of internal finishes, ensuring the building met the requirements of a modern clinical environment.

Mechanical and electrical services were carefully coordinated and integrated throughout the facility to support clinical operations, ventilation requirements and efficient building performance.

The development also included associated external works, car parking, pedestrian access, drainage, services and site infrastructure.

The completed Primary Care Centre provides a modern, welcoming and functional healthcare environment and demonstrates Ormonde Construction’s experience in delivering high-quality, purpose-built healthcare facilities from construction through to fit-out and handover.
