Project taxback

This project encompassed the renovation of a substantial three-story office block, measuring 20,000 sq. ft. including a sophisticated fit-out on the ground floor and extensive site works.  The design incorporates lift access to both the first and second floors, showcasing to commitment to inclusivity and accessibility and aligned with industry standards and best practices.

The introduction of curtain walling at the front of the building made it more energy efficient and incorporating these glass facades maximised natural light thereby reducing dependency on artificial lighting during daylight hours.
Minimising
The project integrated architectural panels and raised access flooring optimising resource usage and minimising waste associated with traditional construction methods. The project operated within a challenging timeline with a stringent completion deadline of five months.
