Paddy is Commercial Director with Ormonde Construction, with over 30 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, joining Ormonde in 2015.
Heading up the Commercial side Paddy keeps a close eye on project finances to ensure the financial position of each construction project is accurately reported and controlled effectively.
He also manages the Estimating Department in the delivery of competitive tender submissions. Paddy plays a key part in developing the strategic financial management and structure of Ormonde Construction.
He is responsible for investment and development opportunities, and he has facilitated and negotiated several significant residential, commercial, and primary care centre buildings.
