Ormonde Construction delivered a new three-storey office complex for Duggan Steel, creating a dedicated corporate headquarters on the Dublin Road in Kilkenny. The project encompassed construction of the building, a full internal office fit-out and all ancillary site works.

The office accommodation was completed to provide a professional working environment, bringing the building’s internal spaces and finishes together as part of a comprehensive construction and fit-out package.
External works included new car parking and landscaped areas to the front of the building, creating a welcoming entrance and complementing the headquarters’ corporate setting
