Since 2017, Ormonde Construction has successfully delivered an extensive programme of works at the Tullamore Dew facilities, establishing a long-term working relationship with William Grant & Sons.
The programme has included the phased construction of 13 maturation warehouses, together with a range of ancillary works to support the continued development and operation of the facility. Additional works have included ancillary process buildings, bottling hall extensions, filling store facilities and associated infrastructure works.
Working within an established operational environment required careful planning and coordination, with individual phases managed to integrate effectively with the existing facilities and ongoing site activities. Particular emphasis was placed on maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and programme management throughout each stage of the works. Our successful delivery of multiple projects over an eight-year period reflects the strength of our relationship with William Grant & Sons and demonstrates Ormonde Construction’s ability to provide consistent, dependable project delivery within a complex industrial and manufacturing environment.
