Ormonde Construction is delivering the Williamstown Housing Development in Waterford, a major phased residential development comprising 313 new homes, including a mix of private and social housing.

The development is being delivered across multiple phases, requiring careful planning and coordination to manage the construction of the residential units alongside the progressive delivery of the supporting infrastructure and external works.

The project includes the construction of a range of modern, energy-efficient homes together with all associated roads, footpaths, drainage networks, utility connections, landscaping and site infrastructure. Works extend from initial groundworks and substructures through to superstructure construction, roofing, mechanical and electrical installations, internal finishes and final completion of each home.

The phased nature of the development requires detailed programme management and sequencing to ensure completed areas can be successfully integrated with ongoing construction activities while maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety throughout the site.

On completion, Williamstown will provide 313 high-quality new homes, creating a substantial mixed-tenure residential community and demonstrating Ormonde Construction’s capability to successfully deliver large-scale, phased housing developments.
